I am a licensed psychologist who is passionate about helping children, teens, adults, and families learn new skills; make meaningful, measurable change; and navigate the world with confidence. I follow your lead while providing gentle guidance, using scientifically-supported strategies, to encourage growth where it matters to you. This often includes supporting you to advocate for what you need in different environments. I highlight and shape the personal strengths you already possess within yourself.

I combined my personal experiences, professional training, and love for learning about how people grow and change in creating Bluetree Behavioral Health.  My work in homes, schools, hospitals, clinics, and communities allowed me to observe change and understand that meaningful change happens when people feel supported and learn to speak up for what they need. My experience now extends to parenting three young, energetic children. I created Bluetree Behavioral Health to use my collective experience to best support you and your unique needs.
