Who We Are
Ashley Ball, MA
Clinician | Temporary Limited License Psychologist
“…providing a judgment-free space to express and process your feelings”
My goal as a psychotherapist is to help you identify the cycles that you want to break without focusing only on labels or diagnoses. Together, we will work to find the behaviors and thoughts that are keeping you stuck in those patterns.
I have extensive experience working with parents who are also caregivers to their children, specifically children with Autism and ADHD. I aim to assist you in finding ways to cope as you navigate the world as both parent and advocate while providing a judgment-free space to express and process your feelings.
When I am not working as a psychotherapist, I spend my time advocating to bridge the gap between family needs, and available services through community engagement. I also enjoy spending time with my spouse and two children, reading paranormal fantasy, and trying to master copycat recipes from my favorite restaurants.
Maria Jones, PhD provides clinical supervision for Ashley.
