Our Values

We strive to engage in intentional and meaningful clinical work to support you to move through your life intentionally and authentically.

At our core, we are:

  • Not only do we focus on what is important to you, but we also help you discover what is important. We hope to shine a light on your values, align your values to goals, and support you in taking meaningful actions toward them.

We ask: What are we doing? Is it important?

  • We aim to provide care purposefully and effectively in a manner that is up-to-date with both the field and your needs. We are reflective, responsive, and proactive in our clinical work.

We ask: Why are we doing what we are doing? What purpose does it serve?

  • Our work is founded upon a series of connections. In therapy, we connect with you: your interests, your needs, your values. We connect you to goals that align with those values.

Outside of the therapy room, we connect to research in the field in order to maintain an effective therapeutic connection. We also connect to others important to you and consider your life context (e.g., your people, your home, your community, your culture, your stage in life, and the impact of society). We constantly realign all of those connections to fit the situation and to ensure that our main connection (to you) is strong.

We ask: How are we connecting? How do you connect with the world, with others, and with yourself?

Align with your values.
