Who We Are

Maria Jones, Ph.D.

Licensed Psychologist | Clinical Director | Owner

“…make meaningful, measurable change; and navigate the world with confidence.”

I am a licensed psychologist who is passionate about helping children, teens, adults, and families learn new skills; make meaningful, measurable change; and navigate the world with confidence. I follow your lead while providing gentle guidance, using scientifically-supported strategies, to encourage growth beyond your comfort zone. I highlight and shape the personal strengths you already possess within yourself.

As the eldest child and a first-generation American in a large extended family, I have witnessed many forms and stages of development. Through my School Psychology education and training, I deepened my interest in the multi-faceted development of those around me; observing the proud smile of accomplishment of countless parents, children, and teachers. Mostly, I have worked in clinic, home, school, and community settings focusing the evaluation and treatment of individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). My experience now extends to parenting three young, energetic children. I created Bluetree Behavioral Health to use my collective experience to best support you and your unique needs.
